This short session will be an opportunity to outline the basic principles of Results Based Accountability (RBA) – a methodology widely used by public services to measure the performance of programmes and services. It will be an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the terminology and method as well as applying the approach to your own field of work. The course is mainly aimed at those involved in language policy and planning but others are welcome.
