Good practice workshop which offers guidance (in line with Commissioner guidance) in designating job language requirements, recruitment process, recruitment of staff with Welsh language skills, assessment of candidates' language skills, arrangements for training, support and appraisal of staff language skills development, response to challenges/ complaints.
